I failed on the last attempt at making a 30 min mix, only because I used a technique that would come out beautifully, if it weren't for this pesky PSU, HDD, and RAM I got in my computer. Much of the file became corrupted, and I'd like to share with you my technique, but onto the reason why I posted.
I will be making 30 min mixes, at least once every month or every two months. Depending on load of other tracks I produce, and where I want to draw the line. I like to put in a lot to my tracks, so I'd like to make better quality sound tracks, and in due time, I will be able to. I just gotta exercise making 30 min tracks, as it takes a lot of time and effort.
My mixes consist of the following:
Past and recent usage of sound presets for Massive and Xfer Serum, the reason for this is because I only use a sound once unless it sounds really good, and doesn't blow it's load all in one go!
Atmospheric, cinematic, soundscapes and/or EDM of some sort.
Stay tuned for this month's 30 minute track production. If at all possible.

Sorry to hear of the problems, but, this post is good news in the sense that I just commented on one of Kelpaltos' tracks and wrote how I'm looking forward to more 30 minute mixes !!
Her music is so captivating I don't want it to stop. Usually stops way too soon in my opinion, but also I see why there's a need for 3-4 min songs on the musicscape.
Hear, hear ! More 30 minute mixes is JUST what the doctor ordered !!!
Looking forward to them !
